Time to start over. 90 days left and I have yet to break 10 miles :(
Well, I am going on a 3 hour run tonight. Hopefully I don’t die. I am updating from my phone, so this will be short. I hope to hit at least 10 miles tonight, maybe 12. I will update after my run.
I’m moving my blog/vlog from Facebook over to WordPress because there’s more options and more customization that can be done on WordPress than on Facebook. The updates will come more frequent and they will be announced on Facebook, so it shouldn’t be too much of a change.
Sorry I haven’t posted anything in a while though, things have been a little crazy over here. Two weeks ago, while playing softball, I pulled something in my left leg and it hasn’t been the same since. I’ve felt a lot of pain after long walks/runs. I’m trying to take it easy so it gets better. To make matters worse, the gym in my complex got flooded with sewage so it’s been shut down until further notice. I’ve been going to Equinox for my workouts.
Now that I have a 5 week break from softball, I’m going to seriously work on my running and also do some weight lifting. One thing I don’t want to do is lose muscle mass while getting leaner due to all the running. I’ve picked out my gym classes and will start on Monday.
